Introduce
Worldwide Standard Consultant provides quality assurance and inspection services to contribute manufacturers, trading partners and foreign importers' request for meeting their statutory requirement on products.
Mainly, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4/ISO2859 statistical sampling procedure or other special standard provided by clients is applied as usual.
Our inspection services consist of:
1. Pre-production inspection
-check the incoming materials, components, labels, packaging materials at the beginning of the production cycle against client's instructions and purchasing order's specifications.
2. During production inspection
-perform visual inspection of components, materials, and finished products during production.
3. Final random inspection
-perform examination of final product e. G. Product appearance, workmanship quality, size measurements, functionality assortment, assessories, labelling and packing.
4. Cargo loading/unloading supervision
-check and record container condition, identification of loaded/unloaded packs and total quantity of packs/cartons before loading/unloading. -Seal container after checked.
