- Introduce
- OMNI Containers Solutions Pte Ltd started in April 2009 trading in used and new containers. We were the only traders then who were offering new 40GPs and 40HC during that time and we still offer these units to the regional market. The range of containers that we traded in were from the 8ft storage or watchman hut to the 45 ft HC containers. Besides the normal ISO general purpose boxes, we also offer 20ft & 40ft High Cubes, Open Tops, Flat Racks and Reefer units.
Since July 2009, we also starting trading in container spares such as floorboard plywood and open top tarpaulins ect.. This new enhancement of our services enable us to provide a more complete spectrum of services so as to enable our customer a one stop solution for their requirements. To further complement our services, we started trading in ISO tank containers in August 2009 and as a alternative, we also brought on a new addition of bulk transportation for commodities that is more economical, Flexibags. These Flexibags enables safe transportation of certain commodities from 14,000 litres to 24,000 litres in an ordinary 20GP container. This additional offering enables us to provide a total transportation solution to our customers who can then provide a more complete service to their customers.
Prior to the Transport Logistics China event in Shanghai 2010, we established direct contact with container manufacturers and during this event, we reached agreements with them and also placed our orders. The first batch of containers for our customers went offline in early July 2010. Since then, we have batches of containers offline for our customers ranging from 30 units to 100 units of 20Gps and 40HCs as well as Reefers and Flatracks.
