We have advising us, Executive Chefs, leading food & catering consultants of Hong Kong Including FaBiC Ltd. and Mr. Cyril Fung one of the founders of McDonald's Hong Kong, past director of the Hong Kong board of an Australian Bank, industrial companies and now a non executive director of an international investment corporation and a food distribution company.

We have a temperature & light controlled warehouse holding close to thirty thousand litres in Kwai Chung, New Territories of Hong Kong .

We sell three authentic,certified 100% oils to the food service, pharmaceutical, & commercial food manufacturing sectors.
(a) 5 Star pure Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Australian producers including Redisland Ltd.
(b) Australian High Oleic oils (approx. 70% monounsaturated, trans fat & cholesterol free) that are from Non Genetic seeds for those frying foods, baking and food service sectors.
(c) Australian Canola oils that are from non genetic seeds grown in NSW and Victoria that can be blended with EVOO.

We are offering our Hong Kong customers in some cases free
(i) chemical stability testing service for the measurement of the Total Polar Compounds ("TPC") - free fatty acids, trans fats, acrylamides etc.-
(ii) portable filters to keep the oils clear of food particles & spices that can colour or alter the taste of the frying food.
(iii) menu and food production cost analysis
(iv) educational seminars
(v) product for food and baking competitions in Hong Kong & Macau.
(vi) independent product and food service advice to the directors, general managers & owners of hotels, fast food, restaurants, food service companies, food and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Because our oils are authentic pure, not rancid, adulterated or impure:
1. the number of frying days where the TPC concentration is below guidelines for single products is 7 to 10 days.
2. the number of frying days where the TPC concentration is below guidelines for light coloured multiple products is 5-7 days with filtration.
3. the number of frying days where the TPC concentration is below guidelines for multiple dark products is 4 to 6 days.
4. The cost SAVINGS of the Enjoi oils per litre per day start close to 30% and can be 80% or more of our competing oils.
5. Aside from the immediate product cost savings all our oils will provide production cost savings including (power, labour, executive time, improved quality and presentation).
