- De Medici rice-factory was born just after the first World War. It is a family businnes specialized in working the best qualities of Italian rice, grown in Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto regions. We have been in this field for more than 3 generations; consequently we are able to offer our costumers genuine and high quality products. Our working is still based on old craft traditions, such us stone-hulling that, combined to modern technologies and techniques, allows us to obtain highly-selected products.
Unprocessed rice is carefully checked; in fact we always take samples from every truck that arrives in our company, in order to control the quality of the goods.
Our quality control is also carried out during the working phase by examining and analyzing the product many times in order to obtain the best quality features.
De Medici rice-factory works following HACCP procedures and operates in compliace with the law in force.
