Introduce: First of all, we would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves (M/S LB Aluminium Berhad) as the largest supplier of aluminium extrusion products in Malaysia and one of the largest in the South-East Asia region.

We are listed on the main board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange since 1994 and we have been accredited with the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 standard and the UKAS Quality recognition since year 2000. Therefore, you can be assured of the good quality as well as constant deliveries from our end.

Briefly, our production capability will be as follows:-

ALLOY GRADE - We supply extrusions mainly in 6063, 6061, and 6082. However, other 6xxx series alloy could be specially arranged.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY- We have a total of 8 presses, ranging from 350 tonne to 2500 tonne capacity and our annual production is approximately 19000MT. We are in the midst of expanding our plant and our capacity will grow to 27000MT per annum by end of this year. Largest press would then be 3000MT.

FINISHING- Our finishing can be from mill finish to anodizing to powder coating.

ENGINEERING- We have in- house engineering facilities and will be able to provide cut to length, tapping, punching, etc.

OTHER- We are able to supply other supplementary products such as sheets, coils, ceiling suspension systems as well as windows/doors fittings and accessories.
