- Introduce
- ISTAL Aluminium is producing extruded aluminium profiles. It is located in Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey (next to Istanbul) with 21.000 sqm closed area and 54.000 sqm total area. We are producing aluminium profiles for doors-windows, automotive, construction, electronics and furniture sectors. We are able to produce every type of profiles with over 3500 current dies and approximately 60 new dies per month is designed according to customer demand. We have 3 extrusion press machines which are 1100 tones, 1670 tones and 2000 tones. Production capacity is 1200 tones/month in total. We have 1000 tones/month capacity for anodizing and 600 tones/month for powder coating. We can produce profiles in different colours according to customer demand with Ral codes and with special mix as well. We have quality certificates such as TSE, ISO 9001, Brand Patent Document etc. confirmed by the authorized institutions. We are currently exporting to Romania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other European countries.
