Introduce: The VRI Distribution company represents, in France, 3 Italian companies, vessel heads and dished ends manufacturers. Their industrial complementarity allows us to adapt our offer to big or small series, even in the unit.
Realized by stamping operations, we propose the most competitive prices.
We propose a whole range of finishes and services, as radios of weld, heat treatments of stabilization, sand blasting, painting and edge machining.
Our capacities allow us to realize parts diameter 300 mm to 8000 mm and thicknesses from 2 mm to 80 mm.
We can be worked all the ductile materials: carbon steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys, Monel, Zirconium aluminium, copper, copper-nickel
The three factories have 8 presses and 14 couples of hydraulic machine to stamp and form final dimensions.
In the case of parts with specific holes; these are realized by a robotized plasma cutting machine or with laser.
On inquiry, we can guarantee a reduced tolerance of + / -3 mm for the vessel head perimeter.
