In 2007, Tan Nhat Huong invested an own Topping Cream factory under the state of the art technology transferred from F.B. Ice. Holland. Tan Nhat Huong's factory is the first factory to produce bakery cream run by a Vietnamese entrepreneur. The factory obtains the food safety certificate with ISO 22000:2005 ( ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP.)
