- Machu Picchu Foods is the leading Peruvian company in the cocoa and coffee market. We are the number one exporter of cocoa derivatives and the principal supplier of ingredients to the chocolate industry. In addition, we are one of Peru's most important exporters of green coffee beans.
We carry out all of the collecting, processing and export of our products. Our strong presence across multiple agricultural zones and our close relationship with our cacao and coffee growers guarantee our year round supply of beans.
Machu Picchu Foods is firmly committed to the principles of social and environmental responsibility. We have been granted Fair Trade, Fair Choice, EU/NOP/JAS, Rainforest Alliance, C.A.F.E. Practices, and Kosher certifications and have recently inaugurated an allergen-free Kosher Parve plant.
