Introduce

In 1920, two Greek immigrants, Dimitrios Votsaris from Constantinople and Calliopi Valakou from Odisso, started their lives and their business together, in the centre of Athens.
Confectionary products, sweetmeats, turkish delights were the products that were produced at the beginning.
They were initially distributed in Athens and later to other large cities in Greece.
As time went on the companys products changed to waffles and ice cream cones which became the main products of production.
In 1962, the youngest of the three sons, Theodoros, after completing his studies in Engineering and with the dedication, integrity and ambition he inherited from his family, he started his own business, while keeping the tradition, with the firm VIOVAF.
As the years went by the business grew and eventually moved to a privately owned location in Eretria, Evia, which is 70 km east of Athens.
Theodoros' son Constantinos studied Bussiness Administration and also took part in the business. Along with his father he is in charge of running the company.
This long term and precious experience as time has gone on from generation to generation has created today VIOVAF LTD. A company which stands strong in its field and plays a large role in Greeces industry while insuring the best for quality, taste and service!
