- This company was founded by our grandparents in 1921. We continue to make our products using the same tried and true methods of those days. Our canned seafood is prepared by hand, using only fresh fish. Our employees carry on this tradition, while working in a modern environnment which strictly adheres to present European manufacturing standards. There is no comparason between the quality we offer and that of canned foodstuffs manufactured by big industries which use frozen fish and mechanical processsing, which destroys the innate savour of the product.
