For over 30 years we have been engaged in the development of organic agriculture; the life of our cooperative is closely connected to the birth and the development of the organic sector.
Our mission is to ensure organic food becomes a part of people's daily life and not only an exception or a niche for the minority. We work every day to ensure that anyone in this world can have everyday products without poison.
We have consolidated a network of relationships through the years, a heritage of competences and knowhow. Today these competences make us a point of reference for those who are looking for basic organic products.
Despite being a small cooperative, we sell our products to over 20 countries around the world. Our cooperative is characterized by responding to standard requests like logistics and storage, and also to particular requests, as for example, the development of new products and personalised labels.
Philosophy
We can summarise our philosophy in 3 main points:
SIMPLE IDEAS: we farm without using poisons
We believe that everyone should have a right to food without harmful substances and part of our mission is to achieve this goal. For over 30 years we have been working for the development and improvement of organic agriculture, that is to say as long as farmers from a small village in the centre of Italy, named Isola del Piano (PU), decided in 1978 to reject the use of chemicals in their fields and continue farming without using any pesticide, weed-killers or chemical composts. At that time organic agriculture was still defined illegal and today we can proudly claim to have made our contribution to the birth and development of this sector.
GOOD PRODUCTS: We offer basic products for daily use
What does offer organic basic products mean? It means to offer traditional basic ingredients of Mediterranean cooking; it means living products, made with care and without any poisons, because food must be a source of life; it means products for daily use because organic food can be not just an exception for a few people but a healthy habit for everyone; it means products respecting nature and environment, because we are responsible for future of the next generation; it means to give the primary importance to the product inside, rather than to the exterior packaging.
