KPASS is a sole proprietorship duly registered with the Registrar Generals Department on January 23, 2007. The Managing Director is a Ghanaian citizen and practising Projects Manager with background in Natural Resource Management. KPASS has a technology for cage-culture of fish which produces 10,000kg of tilapia over a six months period. The goal is to produce 1,000,000kg of tilapia every month for export and the local market by the year 2011. Tilapia is always in high demand and short-supply. This shortage of the produce represents a fine opportunity, making tilapia culture highly profitable.
