Introduce: "Nodaya is a professional wholesale company launched in 1977. Based in Kyoto, we focus on restaurants and hotels all over Japan.
In 2010, Nodaya established new brunch in China to spread Japanese traditional food toward over sea.
Over 40 years we have more than 40% of share in high categorized Japanese restaurants. What is more, the number of customer is still increasing.

We handle around 3,000 kinds of transactional items purchase from Hokkaido (North end of Japan) to Okinawa (the southern part). Importing from China also plays important rule in recent years. Bean curd skin, fresh gluten, wild vegetables, marine delicacies, seasonings are some examples we sell.
