- Natural Choice Co. Ltd. is a leading company in natural food development and manufacturing in Korea. The main products are freeze-dried fruit snacks and fruit jams that have no artificial additives.
The company was founded at a university laboratory in 2006 by Professor Hee Jeong Chae and his graduate students of Department of Food and Biotechnology, Hoseo University in Korea. Professor Chae, having worked in food industry at his university since 2000, has been involved in many researches and projects on natural food processing for more than 17 years. The R&D center and manufacturing facility of Natural Choice are located inside the university.
The best-selling Natural Choices freeze-dried fruits are Apple Crunch, Pear Crunch and Strawberry Crunch (a product line of Fruit Crunch). It became a popular product in the natural food market in Korea due to its premium quality such as light color, fresh flavor and soft texture. The Fruit Crunch contains zero amount of preservative, artificial flavor, and sugar, but high in dietary fiber and low in calories. These results are the outcome of two-year science based R&D center research for our products.
Natural Choice manufactures only uses fresh fruits grown in certified eco-friendly farms in Korea and freeze-dry them to make the premium Fruit Crunch; 100% Natural Fruits.
We are taking great care to ensure the quality of their products. All the products are manufactured by ISO 22000 certified food safety management system. Also, all the raw materials and finished products are tested by quality professional in R&D center to insure 100% purity and the best quality.
