Introduce

Dear Sir: We are a farmers group from Uruguay breeding our own cattle (ovine and bovine) to produce and export certified natural meat, within an integrated project farm-to fork.
This means electronic tracking through the whole production chain with certified quality with a neutral auditory ( LSQA - Austria-) under Global Gap and ISO rules. The main objective we are committed is to re-build and update a medium slaughterhouse factory, with capacity to supply 8.000 tons. frozen/fresh (vac. pack): lamb, sheep meat and 12.000 frozen/fresh, beef meat, annually.
The factory design is according with: HACCP and also ritual procedures- these lasts- provided by Mr. Khalil, from Halal Catering Argentina. The products should be Certified by him.
We foresee to run industrial tasks in next 4-6 month. Today we provide some domestic buyers with lambs and others meats.
As it well known, UE, UK and USA, have strict sanitary requirements and commercial quota, so to
close the whole production and invest planning, we look for a commercial partner in order to set up some kind of trade joint- venture, through a supplying contract or similar way, as a first step, to Third Markets.
