Manufacturing Highlights -
1. Production line for foam including PU Foam, Visco Elastic Memory Foam, HR foam, Soft and Super-soft grades and FR across a varying densities/grades

2. Production line for bonded foam

3. Complete mattress assembly operation including tape edge, sewing, compression packing etc

4. Production capacity to supply 30 cntrs/month of bonnell mattresses and 15 cntrs/month of pocket mattresses

5. Quilting across a variety of thicknesses and widths

6. Automated continuous production of re-enforcement springs (butterfly, M-springs etc)

7. Production of mattress tape for a variety of stiffnesss and widths
