History
Bernard Poulin began a career in the lock and key business with a formal two-year Apprenticeship at a 100-year-old locksmith company in Massachusetts from 1970-1972.
In 1973, Mr. Bernard Poulin moved to California and started his own locksmith company (DBA) Ambassador lock and key on Wilshire Boulevard across the Ambassador Hotel and grew the business in a very short time with gross sales reaching 250,000 per year in sales and service.
LV Sales, Inc. established in 1982 was one of our key blank distribution suppliers. A few years later, Bernard purchased LV Sales acquiring 100% of the stock and was named President of the corporation and with his wife, Pamela Poulin as Secretary. We moved to a larger warehouse in Hollywood but quickly outgrew the facility and then purchased our current 6,500 sq. ft. warehouse where we are currently located. We now have 40 years experience in the key blank industry, our customer base reaching 1,500, and sales at over a million and growing.
