- The Story of Hi Tech Phones
Hi Tech Phones was launched in 2006 to provide great communication solutions and what we call 'extreme customer service'. We began by focusing on popular PDA phones like the T-Mobile Sidekick, Blackberry Phones, and Palm Treo cell phones. In those early days we handled all of the orders ourselves answering every phone call and personally shipping out every phone.
Since 2007 our order volumes have been so overwhelming that we have had to become a bigger company-with separate departments for activations, shipping, and customer service. But we have not forgotten our humble beginnings. We still treat each cell phone customer to the 'extreme' customer service they deserve!
