Schon Properties is an established holding company that has several real estate projects underway in the UAE, including Schon Business Park, a state of the art office development and Dubai Lagoon, a residential apartment community, both located in Dubai Investment Park.
Schon will also be launching in Downtown Jebel Ali and Dubai Waterfront in 2009 and 2010.
