Founded by Cemal YILDIRIM, Yasar Metin GULER ve Oktay YILDIRIM in 1971, CEM started production in Goztepe-Istanbul. Recently, CEM moved production to its newly established modern plant in Tuzla which is settled over 18.000m2 of land and 10.000m2 of closed area.
Eventually, CEM reached great product variety while its production has improved in quality and expanded in quantity, paralell to investment on more capacity.
CEM; was first established to produce armatures, since 1995, has added various types of water meters to its product spectrum. CEM, also became a major player in water meters market.
