We currently have over 200 members of staff world wide with expertise in pre and post sales support with value added knowledge on technical configuration.
Our main distribution centre in Kent United Kingdom allows us to ship goods throughout the UK and Europe on a next day basis and across the rest of the world we have carrier agreements with various shippers. Having product available and making sure that is delivered to the right place at the right time is a basic prerequisite for an effective supply service. Arian Global recognizes this as a fundamental and therefore apportions suitable resource and emphasis to get it right every time.
Availability is managed through official manufacturer distribution channels so that a just in time service is available on the largest possible range of items. This enhances response and means that Arian Global spread the risk from stock write off and currency fluctuation.
For project style delivery, or where there are advantages in buying in volume and holding stock, we can provide an in-house staging facility. This consists of bulk storage and secure holding areas that are actively stocks controlled and managed to meet stringent delivery requirements.
Our accounts managers are trained and accredited in their field by the above mentioned vendors and are also supported by sales admin staff that will have a good understanding of your account requirements.
