The year 1993. The city, Kolkata, India-Lexus Exports sews its 1st leather handbag. A country, where 500 years of craftsmanship & tradition are passed down the generations to the hands of Indian 'Craftsmen'.
Since then Lexus Exports has been very dynamic in bringing into the market new product idas suitable for modern way of life, combining quality and design with aggresive pricing.
Today our products are sold all over the world offering the modern woman diverse selection of contemporary accessories which enables her to express her charakter, personality, sensibility & sexuality.
Creative inspiration springs forth in an environment of natural simplicity. Our research and development team is continously discovering and implementing new ideas in this fashion-conscious industry, where there is no place for stagnacy.
Our range of products primarily includes handbags, purses, wallets, backpacks, folders & business cases. Recently we have also added belts & scarves into our collection.
Our monthly capacity currently stands at around 10-12, 000 pcs of handbags and over 30, 000 pcs of wallets and small leather goods.
Like fingerprints of the human hand, grain patterns in two skins of the same animal are not alike. Our tanning process of slow curing enriched with natural treatment drawn from plant extracts, fats and clear aniline dyes brings out the natural characteristics of the leather to the surface, which makes every 'ILEX' product orginal & unique.
